Are you ready to indulge in the rich flavours of bean-to-bar chocolate from our friends at Puchero? We’re currently serving our hot chocolate with their 70% dark <<drinking chocolate>> made with beans sourced from the Sambirano farm in Madagascar.

This is better than powder chocolate…Pure untempered ground chocolate. No additives or thickeners.
The result is a coarse powder, easy to melt and use for both drinking chocolate, or baking recipes.
