Our story
We were searching for the perfect place. A place with the perfect balance of speciality coffee, locally sourced food and natural wine. In Alicante, it didn’t exist. And so Sip and Wonder was born.
We have a philosophy of balance—a balance of old and new techniques, different ingredients and flavours, and passion and skill.
Our ingredients
Every day we source fresh produce from our local Alicante market. The food you eat at our tables is human—from the farmers who mill and harvest our grains to the bakers and chefs who put passion and care into each dish they make for you.
Visit us for brunch, lunch or enjoy our freshly baked cakes. Takeaway options are available. We are Vegan friendly.

We are exclusively a walk-in restaurant for brunch and lunch. Come by, and we will sort a table for you as soon as possible.

Yes, but we ask you to sit at the co-working table or our laptop zone. Please remember we are a small business, and will always need to prioritise people visiting us for food.

Some seating at SIP is a little different to others; we have a couple of communal-style tables. We will try and seat customers with spaces between other guests when we can, but sometimes, during busy periods, this is harder to achieve, + you may find yourself next to someone or a group. Why don’t you introduce yourself and make a new friend? :)
